Annual Town Meeting April 2011 on day 4/7 and 4/10 considered 7 articles.
Votes without article numbers were amendments and other procedural measures.
In the cases where the margin between Yes and No was <20% we calculated a number of minutes to SCV the audience.
The total SCV value was 175 minutes. There were 37 actual electronic votes of which each took 1 minute. The difference between 175 and 37 is 138 minutes or 2 hours; 18 minutes of town meeting time saved. Clearly we save ONE complete session of town meeting since it would have carried into a third session.
