1. You the broker would present a potential buyer and then handle the real estate paperwork.
2. The fee provided by the owner to the broker shall be 2% of the sale price upon successful closing.
3. There are no exclusive listings provided by the owner on this sale.
4. The listing provided to you shall be for your presented potential buyer (named) and you are protected for that buyer for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of the non-exclusive listing.
